International shipments are shipped as cost effectively as possible. GTT uses the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FEDEX Great Rates depending on insured values and customer preference. All items are shipped fully insured unless the insurance is waived in writing by the customer. All shipping costs are estimates until the day products are actually shipped due to specific carrier rates which may vary due to fuel costs or charges that may apply.

POLICY NOTE: TIMELINES
All timelines that we give for our torches are estimated. These timelines are not exact . We manufacture all of the torch parts by hand. This means that sometimes it may take longer than expected to machine all of the parts necessary for our torches.

Warranty:
All torches come with a one year warranty against factory defects. This does NOT include damage from improper usage, misuse, or neglect of maintenance of products.
